Bullhorn Cyber Incident - Action Required
Resolved - Whilst Bullhorn is operational now, there are still customers who have not yet given us their new credentials; at this time we will close out this notification. if your Bullhorn integration is not operational please reach out through the normal support channels.

Monitoring - We have been advised by the Bullhorn status page that systems are now online and operational again, we also have had some customers successfully re-integrated once they followed Bullhorn's process of resettings passwords.

We will leave this status page up for 24hrs more - some customers still need to advise their new passwords.

Identified - Bullhorn has reported a cyber incident and is requiring all API user passwords to be reset. If you use the Bullhorn integration, please securely provide us with your new API user credentials; For the time being we have switched off all customer's Bullhorn integrations and will switch them back on once new credentials are provided.

No action is needed if you do not use Bullhorn.
